Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Mindfulness and meditation
Relaxation and stress-relief techniques
Working alongside me will allow you to gain insight into the issues and problems that occur in your life and give you the skills to take positive steps in learning to deal with them more effectively.
