How can I help?

My initial training for three years was in Humanistic Counselling (a therapy that focuses on a client’s own potential for growth, emphasising their positive traits whilst encouraging them to seek the wisdom already inherent within them), however my post graduates training includes:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness and meditation
Relaxation and stress-relief techniques

Working alongside me will allow you to gain insight into the issues and problems that occur in your life and give you the skills to take positive steps in learning to deal with them more effectively. You will learn to trust yourself and recognise your strengths in order to lead a happier, more productive and contented life.
